How long is the processing time?
Processing time is 5–9 working days depending on demand and availability.
Each set is handcrafted to order using premium cruelty-free fibres, ensuring you receive a truly bespoke luxury product. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
How long is shipping?
- UK Standard: 3–5 working days
- UK Express: 1–3 working days
- UK Next Day Delivery: 1 day (DM for availability; excludes processing time)
- International: 5–7 working days
How do emergency slots work?
Emergency slots are available for orders needed sooner than the regular processing time.
Message us directly to check availability, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
How much is an emergency slot?
Emergency slots cost an additional £14.50.
Where are you based?
We're based in Abbey Wood, SE London.
How do I place an order for collection?
Email us at zay@zayslashlounge.com with your order details, full name, and contact information, and we'll send you an invoice.
Can I do same-day collection?
Same-day collection is not available as all sets are handmade to order.
Each pair is crafted with care and attention to detail to ensure you receive the highest quality custom lashes.
When do you restock?
Limited slots are released every Monday at 11am (UK time).
We recommend setting a reminder to secure your spot as they go quickly!
Do you offer wholesale or training?
We currently do not offer wholesale.
However, we're working on launching a training course soon — stay tuned for updates!
