We ship using tracked services with Royal Mail for safe and reliable delivery.
UK Orders 🇬🇧
All UK orders are shipped via tracked services with Royal Mail.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard UK: 3–5 working days
- Express UK: 1–3 working days
- Next Day UK: 1 working day (subject to availability – please contact us before ordering)
Missed Deliveries:
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and rearranging delivery with Royal Mail where necessary.
If a parcel cannot be successfully delivered after failed attempts, we are unable to issue a refund.
International Orders 🌍
All international orders are shipped using fully tracked services.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- 5–7 working days (may vary depending on destination and customs processing)
Customs & Import Fees:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Additional charges
- Parcels held or returned by customs
Missed Deliveries (International)
If delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to us:
- The parcel must be received back before any action is taken
- Customers may request redelivery (shipping cost must be paid again)

If a refund is requested:
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable
- A 30% processing and restocking fee will be deducted to cover handling and operational costs
Processing Times
All lash orders are custom prepared and require 5–10 working days processing time.
Please note:
- Processing time is separate from shipping time
- Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellations are not accepted as processing will have begun.
Returned Packages (International Orders)
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information.
If a returned parcel is received and no contact is made within 14 days, the order will no longer be eligible for refund or redelivery.
Import Regulations
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchased items comply with local import laws. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
