Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of our products, all lash sales are final.
By placing an order with ZaysLashLounge, you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
This policy is in place to protect the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products and customers.
Manufacturing Faults (Limited Cases Only)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a replacement may be considered only where a clear manufacturing fault is confirmed.
To report a suspected fault, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographic and/or video evidence
- Ensure the item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging
Items that have been opened, worn, tried on, altered, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for a replacement under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to request the return of any item reported as faulty before issuing a replacement.
What Is Not Considered a Fault
The following are not considered manufacturing faults and are not eligible for resolution:
- Personal preference (style, density, texture, or finish)
- The natural flexibility of the lash band (part of our design)
- Perceived differences in softness, firmness, or feel
- Damage after opening or handling
- Minor variations due to the handmade nature of our products
All lashes are carefully quality-checked prior to dispatch.
Resolution
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, a replacement will be offered where appropriate.
Please note:
- Refunds are not guaranteed
- Decisions are made at the discretion of ZaysLashLounge
- Shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs are non-refundable
