Welcome to ZaysLashLounge. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

ZaysLashLounge specialises in handcrafted, custom strip lashes. Due to the personalised and hygienic nature of our products, specific policies apply.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase.

3. Product Information

All lashes are handmade and customised. As a result, slight variations between sets may occur.

We strive to display products as accurately as possible; however, we do not guarantee that colours, styles, or finishes will appear exactly the same in person.

4. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 5–10 working days
  • Shipping: Orders are shipped using tracked services with Royal Mail
  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be changed or cancelled as production will have begun

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Items must remain unused and in original packaging to be eligible for resolution.

6. Customs Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, branding, product designs, and text — is the property of ZaysLashLounge and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZaysLashLounge shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use our website or services
  • Unauthorised access to personal information
  • Delays or interruptions in service
  • Third-party interference, including viruses or malicious software
  • Errors or inaccuracies in content
  • Conduct of third parties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are not allergic or sensitive to any materials used. We are not liable for any adverse reactions.

9. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered via tracking, ZaysLashLounge is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely for order fulfilment and will not be shared without consent.
